Hello! I am an Associate Professor in the Department of Pure Mathematics at the University of Waterloo. I'm also a member of the Institute for Quantum Computing (IQC) at the University of Waterloo. Before 2021, I was a faculty member in the Department of Mathematics at Texas A&M University.

**Research Interests:** Operator Algebras, Quantum Information Theory (QIT), Representation Theory, Quantum Symmetries (Quantum Groups), Non-commutative Probability, and Quantum Algebra. I am particularly interested in studying interactions between these fields.

**Current Teaching (Summer 2024):**

**Some Current Seminars of Interest in the Pure Mathematics Department:**

**Departmental Analysis Seminar****(co-organized with M. Kennedy, N. Spronk, K. Tatarko, and A. Zucker).**- Operator Algebras Learning Seminar - Tuesdays 1:00pm in MC 5417
- Quantum PCP Seminar - Wednesdays 1:30pm (room TBA)
- Harmonic Analysis on Tensor Categories Learning Seminar - time and date TBA
