Hello! I am an Associate Professor in the Department of Pure Mathematics at the University of Waterloo. Before moving to Waterloo in 2021, I was an Associate Professor in the Department of Mathematics at Texas A&M University. I obtained my Ph.D. in Mathematics in the Department of Mathematics and Statistics at Queen's University.
Research Interests: Operator Algebras, Quantum Information Theory (QIT), Representation Theory, Quantum Symmetries (Quantum Groups), Non-commutative Probability, and Quantum Algebra. I am particularly interested in studying interactions between these fields.
Current Teaching:
University of Waterloo Analysis Seminar (co-organized with M. Kennedy, N. Spronk, and K.Tatarko)
Online Seminar on Operator Algebras and Quantum Information (co-organized with I.Todorov and T. Vidick): Seminar Webpage
