Make sure you have made all necessary [preparations](./Before_the_workshop.html)  (software and equipment) on your end a few days [before the workshop](./Before_the_workshop.html) begins.  

The workshop will be in **two parts on Saturday June 6** with an hour long break between:

- Part 1: 
    - Victoria: 8:30 AM - 10:30 AM 
    - Calgary, Regina, 9:30 AM - 11:30 AM
    - Winnipeg 10:30 AM - 12:30 PM
    - Toronto, Quebec City 11:30 AM - 1:30 PM
    - Fredericton, Halifax 12:30 AM - 2:30 PM
    - St. John's  1:00 PM - 3:00 PM
    
- Part 2: 
    - Victoria: 11:30 AM - 1:30 PM 
    - Calgary, Regina, 12:30 PM - 2:30 PM
    - Winnipeg 1:30 PM - 3:30 PM
    - Toronto, Quebec City 2:30 PM - 4:30 PM
    - Fredericton, Halifax 3:30 PM - 5:30 PM
    - St. John's  4:00 PM - 6:00 PM
