In this hour instructors will learn how they may benefit from using the Crowdmark and Odyssey online platforms for managing their in-class exams and online assignments.

Audience: Course instructors
Location: Online session open to all UWaterloo members at this MS Teams meeting link
Note: This session will be recorded and be available on the UWaterloo Crowdmark help page.

Host/Facilitators: Fiona Dunbar and Sean Speziale of the Mathematics Faculty.

Description:

Crowdmark is an online, collaborative system for the distribution, collection, grading and return of assignments and tests, submitted online or in-class.

For instructors, the platform provides concurrent grading, automatic grade summation, feedback annotation tools, and roster/gradebook data sharing with the UWaterloo LMS LEARN.

Also introduced will be the companion Examination Management System (EMS Odyssey) which provides test and examination printing, seat assignment and student accessibility services.

Note: To have final exam printing and scanning costs covered by the UWaterloo Registrar's Office, an exam must be set up using the Odyssey platform.

Both platforms are available free for UWaterloo courses.
