Nick Olson-Harris

I am a PhD student of Karen Yeats in the Department of Combinatorics and Optimization at Waterloo. Previously I did my master’s degree in the same place under the supervision of David Wagner. You can read my master’s thesis if you want to for some reason.

I am broadly interested in algebra and combinatorics, and my favourite problems are those which involve both in an essential way. Some things I’ve worked with include Tutte polynomials, symmetric functions, and combinatorial Hopf algebras.
