Dear Colleagues/speakers,
  We have a preliminary schedule ready for the upcoming May workshop at:

We have three busy days full of excellent talks. In fact, we have
many participants who will not speak since there are no empty slots
at the moment. 

We have titles and abstracts from many of the speakers. Please send us a
(tentative) title/abstract if you have not done so.
This will help with the scheduling.
If you are not certain that you will attend the workshop, or you will only
attend part of the workshop,
**please tell us as soon as possible**.

We can help with local expenses for the speakers, i.e. we will provide
$200 per day for a total of $600 Cdn. You can use this money as you wish,
i.e. you can use it for travel expenses if you so desire.
(Local accomodation is approximately $50 per night.

free breakfast and lunch for the three days of the meeting. There is also
a banquet - free - planned for Friday evening.)
However, we have limited funds and would like to help those who do not
have their own funding. Therefore, please tell us whether or not you
will need the complete $600 so we can budget accordingly.
