As noted on the schedule, there will be a poster session held throughout
the four days of the short course and the workshop.
If you are presenting a poster, please send me your title/abstract ASAP.

The first day, Wed. May 12, is for the shortcourses on SDP. If you are
interested in attending, then ***PLEASE*** send in your request and register for
this separately from the workshop.

We have received too many excellent contributed talks and do not have
enough slots for everyone. If you are on the list of speakers, then
please tell us ASAP if you cannot attend. If you are not on the list,
then we hope that you will still attend. Please tell us if you would
like to join the poster session.

Our budget includes breakfast/lunch/banquet for all participants. 
PLEASE tell us if:
  you will **NOT** attend, or are leaving early, or NOT attending the banquet
(so that we can budget accordingly).

Regarding REIMBURSEMENT for speakers: 
  We will have a form available at registration. We will need receipts
after all, i.e. plane receipts, boarding passes, etc...
