(We have limited funds available for local room and board expenses. We 
will refund local costs on a per-diem basis of 200 CDN (Canadian dollars) 
per day. If you will also require a refund of your airfare, please send us 
an estimate (upper bound) of the costs. We are not able to fund everyone's 
expenses.)
