  • (thanks to Brandon Seibel): On page 292 in Example 2; directly above "Thus we must solve the homogeneous system", there is, "= a1[ 1 2 0] ..." where [ 1 2 0 ] is the result of L1(e1), where e1 = [ 1 0 ], and the definition of L1 is [a1 a2] -> [a1+a2 2a2 a2] Which given e1, should give [1 0 0], yet they show [1 2 0].
    One way to fix this is to change the definition of L1 to: L1 is [a1 a2] -> [a1+a2 2a1 a2]
