Use:  quicktest  to run all the test problems.
The output is saved in two matrices and in a MATLAB mat file.
The two matrices of output are:
         outputmatrix11     for 12 decimal tolerance tests
         outputmatrix22     for  5 decimal tolerance tests
The data is in a subfolder, but quicktest adds that to the matlab path.
