For tomorrow: I have also invited Alex Engau (Miguel's PDF) who will play a key role in writing the proposal, so his present at our strategic meeting is important. Enclosed you find the 2005 "Proposal" and "Long Term Plan" to refresh your memory about what we proposed 2 years ago, to have a starting point for the new proposal. The main purpose of this meeting is to frame the proposal and exit strategy. Proposed Agenda: 1) Current state - research and funding 2) Organization of building the applicaton 3) Main aspects of the research program 4) Project Exit Strategy 5) Other issues Reminder: Updated Project Exit Strategy ~V (Only applicable to full projects with at least four years of MITACS funding.) This strategy will detail the project~Rs current plans beyond 2012. Where the exit strategy calls for project sustainability beyond 2012, the research team is encouraged to identify alternative funding sources that are intended to replace NCE funds beyond 2012.
