Folder Contains solver files. "RFISTA.m", "OIAL.m", and "APFIAL.m" present the 
RFISTA, OIAL, and APFIAL methods presented in this paper. 
"Alg5PAL.m" is the code of the main proximal augmented Lagrangian method presented in Lu and Mei. It uses "APGAlg2.m" and "APGAlg3.m" as subroutines. Both these algorithms are also presented in the Lu and Mei paper.
