Solver menu commands

The Solver menu offers the following commands:

Solve	Solve the problem defined by the active document.
Stop	Stop the solver.
Set Parameters	Set the solver's parameters.
Show Primal Solution	Display the primal solution.
Show Slack Values	Display the solution's slack values.
Show Dual Solution	Display the dual solution.
Show Reduced Cost	Display the solution's reduced cost values.
