Professor Liu’s research interests cover several
areas in dynamical systems and control
theory, including hybrid systems, multi-agent systems, complex dynamical
networks, differential equations with/without time delays, impulses, and
stochastic disturbances, stabilization and synchronization, neural networks,
modeling and control of infectious disease, congestion control of communication
networks, and information security. He is
the author or coauthor of 6 research monographs, over 300 research articles and
over 20 edited books/conference proceedings.
