DCDIS is concerned, as the title stresses, with three major systems. It is a multidisciplinary journal featuring high-quality original research papers and survey articles of expository nature from all aspects of natural and man-made dynamic systems. Papers submitted to this journal will be carefully refereed. They should be correct, new, non-trivial, and of interest to a substantial number of readers.
