Accommodation Information

Registrants must make their own accommodation bookings. Rooms have been reserved at the Comfort Inn and the Waterloo Inn for the nights of October 27, 28, and 29, 2011.

Comfort Inn: Accommodations include double rooms with two double or queen sized beds. The room rate is $101.00 a night + applicable taxes. Waterloo Inn: Accommodations include a mixture of rooms with one or two queen-size beds. The room rate is $145 single or double occupancy a night + applicable taxes. Reservations can be made by calling directly to 1-800-361-4708, via the web http://www.waterlooinn.com/ or by emailing the Reservations Department directly at reserve@waterlooinn.com; quote "Mary Thompson Conference" to ensure the quoted conference rate.
