Applications 2nd edition, G.B. Folland, 1999, Wiley-Interscience.

I will endeavour to make the course self-contained, so the book is
not a strictly necessity, but I think this is a very nice reference book and
recommend it. The book Measure Theory, by D.L. Cohn can be found through our
library.
