For Toronto airport transfers we have obtained a reduced conference rate of $40.00 
per person, one way, tax included. Please identify yourself as a CMS/CSHPM SUMMER 
2005 MEETING delegate when making your reservation to receive this reduced fare. There
is no conference rate available for Hamilton airport.
