Two step flag manifolds and the Horn conjecture.
This manuscript was posted on the arXiv a bit hastily, under
duress. As written, it contains a technical error
(thanks to Prakash Belkale for pointing this out), which I know
how to fix, and who knows: maybe some day I actually will.
Since its conception in 2004,
the work in this paper has been
superceded (see "The recursive nature of cominuscule Schubert calculus"),
and so it is unclear whether it will ever be published.
