Solve command (Solver menu)

Use this command to compute a solution for the linear programming problem that is defined by the active document.

This command returns immediately if an up-to-date solution has been cached from a previous execution of the solver. It may take a long time if the active document defines a difficult problem. The solver may be stopped by the Stop solver command.

The QSopt optimizer routine started is parameterized by the current settings defined in the Set Parameters command on the Solver menu. It uses the primal algorithm with steep pricing by default.
